Using knives skillfully is pertinent to all cooking. Knowing how to wield a knife correctly decreases food preparation time and makes cooking easier and more enjoyable. This class covers some necessary basics to give you confidence in the kitchen. You will learn how to dice, slice, chop in a safe and efficient manner.

Italy In Your Home
This class begins with participants making Tiramisu and continues with more of Italy in your very own kitchen. Learn to make a Classic Caesar Salad and the best Meatballs and Spaghetti EVER. This menu will please both children and adults.

French Cuisine
Learn classic French cooking techniques to prepare an above average steak and potato dinner with a salad. Once you’ve mastered pan-seared steaks, you will finish up with Crème Brulee.
Classes include a pre-planned individual lesson and printed recipes for the participants. In addition to the instruction, Chef Beveylon will set up prior to the class and assist with clean-up afterwards. Class time is about two hours.

Homemade Pasta and More
Fettucine Alfredo made from scratch is easier than you think. In this class, you will make fettucine pasta from scratch along with a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. To make an even heartier menu, we will grill chicken and add to your pasta.

It's All About The 'S'
Learn all about the 'S' in Soup. In this class you will prepare three soups while focusing on knife skills and various cooking techniques. In this class sweating and caramelizing vegetables are just a few of the cooking methods covered in addition to knife skills. Soup making is easy, fast, and delicious.

Make Perfect Batter
Learn to make Buttermilk Fried Chicken in your home kitchen. You will make a flavorful batter and master frying perfectly golden-brown chicken. Honey-buttered biscuits and southern potato salad will make this a Sunday supper favorite.

Make Quick Meals
Is your pressure cooker still in the box or tucked away in the pantry? Chef Beveylon will teach you how to make quick, easy, and tasty meals with your cooker.

Carolina Ribs & Fixins
Using a pressure cooker, participants will prepare baby back ribs, baked beans and banana pudding. This will become one of your ‘go to’ menus.

Get the Perfect Crisp
If you want to impress your friends and family with your culinary skills, make them an oven roasted chicken dinner. They’ll be requesting you make the Thanksgiving turkey.

It's All About the Prep
Cooking for a family is fun and rewarding, but can be daunting when it comes to pleasing children and adults while being mindful of food safety. We will cover food safety, knife skills, and basic cooking techniques that can be used in everyday cooking.
